  15. Problems with OSF/1 2.0 again(?)

  17. This time with xdvik that cannot find fonts.

  19. The error message from xdvi is:

  21. xdvi: Can't find font cmbxti10 at 432 dpi; using 432 dpi instead.
  22. xdvi: Can't find font cmbx10 at 329 dpi; using 329 dpi instead.
  23. xdvi: Can't find font cmr10 at 329 dpi; using 329 dpi instead.
  24. xdvi: Can't find font cmti10 at 300 dpi; using 300 dpi instead.

  26. The problem is that the pk files are actually there, and the paths are
  27. ok. Even if I set the envonmental variables (TEXPKS etc) I get the same
  28. message.

  30. No paths have been changed from the default /usr/local/lib...

  32. The only change is that the basename function, in kpathsea/lib.h
  33. and 3 more .c files has been renamed into
  34. bnames since basename exists in the <string.h>

  36. Also If the pk file is not there, xdvik calls MakeTeXPK, the pk file
  37. is created and is put in the correct place. Only that afterwards
  38. does not see it(?)

  40. The document is shown with what seems correct fonts only that is a
  41. little annoying to have the above error message.

  43. I run also xdvi with -d 2048 and the paths look ok.

  45. I do not know if it is necessary to supply more information or the above
  46. is enough.
